Air Raid was one of several characters in the Transformers universe that we didn't really get to know. He always seemed like a cool character from what we DID see of him however. |

Not much was made of Air Raid in the cartoon. He seemed to go along with whatever the rest of the Aerialbots wanted to do at any given moment. At certain times, such as an apparent suicide run against Trypticon, he appeared to be the most courageous Aerialbot on the team. Basically a rank-and-file soldier, Air Raid was really an unknown commodity. |
| Air Raid is an extremely sharp looking toy - especially in jet mode. In jet mode, Air Raid is an F-15 fighter; much like Starscream and the original Decepticon Jets. He has retractable landing gear and a cool looking black color scheme. Once transformed, Air Raid wields a pistol, and sports a white and red color scheme. He forms the left leg of Superion. Overall grade of B+. |
